Three weeks, really?
Three weeks from kickoff to live for a standard marketing site: content week, build week, polish-and-launch week. What makes it possible is AI-assisted development and a decision process with one owner instead of a committee. Larger sites with custom features take longer, and we say so at scoping.
What does a site cost?
It's scoped per project based on page count and features, with a fixed price agreed before we start. No day rates, no meter running. As a rule the figure lands well below a traditional agency rebuild because AI-assisted development removes most of the hours, not most of the quality.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. Text and blog content are editable without touching code, and we hand over documentation plus a training session at launch. For bigger changes you can come back to us, hire any developer, or use AI tools yourself, the codebase is standard Next.js with nothing proprietary in it.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?

Who owns the site and the code?
