We start with whoever’s calendar is most overloaded, usually whoever runs the place, because freeing the most expensive hours in the building is where the time shows up first. You’ll see results inside the first month.
Every month after, we go where the time goes. We sit in on how your week actually runs, find the one job costing the team the most hours, and build whatever answers it. Some months that’s a prompt. Some months it’s a tool that turns a two-day job into ten minutes, a system that updates itself, or a dashboard that ends the Monday scramble for numbers.
